AI assistants are becoming how people book rides. The big ride apps keep their prices and drivers inside their own apps and take a large cut of every fare. A local taxi or private hire firm has no way to be found by an assistant at all.
fleet.json fixes that. It is one small file a firm puts on its own website, saying where it works, how to book, what cars it has and what it charges. Any assistant or app can read it. Bookings go straight to the firm, by its own phone line or booking page.

format is always fleet/0.1. area names the country (two letters), towns and airports served. contact needs a phone number or an https booking page. licensing.authority is the council or city that licenses the firm. vehicles lists the car types: saloon, sedan, estate, mpv, minibus, wav (wheelchair accessible), executive, black_cab, suv or ev. tariff is optional and gives the starting charge, the rate per mile or km, any per-minute rate and fixed prices. updated is the date the file was last checked. Only licensed firms. Prices in the file must be the prices you charge. Assistants show listed firms by distance and fit for the trip, never by payment.
